Our thermoformed films are specially designed hard PET films for thermoforming and vacuum forming applications. The material has excellent vacuum forming capabilities, impact resistance, and chemical resistance, making it an excellent choice for forming lids, blisters, containers, trays, and packaging boxes.
PET film is an ideal material for various food packaging as it has good barrier properties against liquids and gases.
APET film (amorphous polyethylene terephthalate) has high clarity and good transparency. Good surface wetting tension is suitable for UV offset/screen printing.
APET film can also be thermoformed, and as a thermoformed film, it can be used for vacuum forming, thermoforming, folding, and setting boxes and stationery.

Availability
The film thickness range of APET sheet is 0.1mm to 2mm, and the roll width range is 0.2-1m.

^{Compared with the widely used PVC sheet, A-PET has the following advantages.}
Light weight: The specific gravity of A-PET is 1.33, which is 3.7% lower than that of PVC.
High strength: The tensile strength of A-PET sheet is 20% higher than that of PVC sheet, and it has better low-temperature impact resistance, which can withstand -40°C without becoming brittle, so it is usually 10% thinner than PVC to replace it.
Good folding resistance: A-PET sheet will not appear self-cracking creases like PVC, making it more suitable for surface decoration of documents, etc.
High transparency: A-PET sheet has high transparency (PVC sheet is blue), especially good gloss than PVC sheet, making it more suitable for exquisite packaging.
